Akon – Oh Africa Pepsi Commercial

This is such an all-star cast. I have to say this is one fun commercial. I am a little disappointed that we didnt get to see Henry touch the ball. It is nice to see Akon up in the building repping his continent.

K’naan – Wavin’ Flag

Another joint from Africa native K’naan. It must be a very proud moment in his career when he can say he performed for the World Cup in South Africa. If you heard the Distant Relatives I am sure you heard of K’naan. He has been doing some major things with his unique sound. I wish him the best in his career

Shakira – Waka Waka

A wonderfully produced song for the world cup. I have to say that I really like this song a lot. It is very universal as far as being able to cross boundaries of language, culture, and presonal preference. I see Shakira rocking that yellow and green on her shirt. Hope she is representing her “favorite” team Brazil because they are taking it this year.
