HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROBERT NESTA MARLEY

Bob we love you and will always love the way your music has influenced our lives.  I loved the fact that when I was a kid on Sunday mornings I would waking up to the smooth thumping of “Waiting in Vein” eminating out of the basement where my dad had his music equipment.  It gave me such a nice feeling throughout the day.  His sounds were soothing and healing considering everything that was happening in the world.  His music brought enlightenment to the ignorant, wisdom to the naive, and love to the heart broken.  I remember going to Coconuts a local record store and my dad buying his special set that came with a great amount of cds and a book.  When I was older I remember buying my first copy of “The Legend” from that same store.

This is for your memory and to thank you for everything that you have brought me and everything that you have stood for.  I will continue to listen to your music and make your music and message known for as long as I can.
