FREE BUJU: Buju Banton – Destiny
Buju has been on my mind for quite a while now and I have been listening to a lot of his music lately. I just thought I should share. This song to me marks a change in his music. This song to me sounds like he was granted the chance to make music that he always wanted to and used it to deliver a message to his fans that there is more to him then his Dancehall appearance.
Fulana’s Vegan Lasagna:

Make sure to follow the recipe and add of love with some irie vibez.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of whole wheat or regular lasagna noodles
- 8 oz Soft tofu
- 2 26 oz of Hunt’s garlic and onion tomato sauce
- 32 oz bag of mixed frozen vegetables or mixed beans
- 3 cups of fresh spinach
- 3 thinly sliced plum tomatoes
- 1 ½ cup of sliced mushrooms
- ½ an onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ tbsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lime juice
- lawrys seasoned salt to taste
- two eggplants
- 2 eggs
- Bread crumbs
Directions:
Boil the lasagna until “Al dente” in salt water, blend soft tofu in a blender then put in pan with the Hunt’s tomato sauce and set on low heat to thicken. Caramelize the ½ onion and garlic in a saucepan, then add the frozen vegetables, add the seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic, lime juice, and the sliced mushrooms cook for 15 min. Cut eggplants into quarter inch thick diagonal pieces. In a bowl beat the eggs and add some water, dip and coat the eggplant pieces in this egg wash, and then cover each individual piece in bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown. Set on paper towels to get rid of excess oil. In lasagna pan place the noodles down first and cover with eggplant pieces, add the sauce and tofu mixture on top so that it may be absorbed, then add the mixed vegetable mixture and cover with the spinach and thinly sliced tomatoes. Layer until all ingredients are used but make sure to make the last layer one of spinach and tomato for a nice finish. Enjoy!

B Side: Not an Easy Road
Peter Tosh – Johnny Be Goode
If ya boss vex yu up here a likkle something fi cool out. I had to put a B-Side for you guys.(A B-Side is the second side of the record. They would put the known song or a single on one side then on the other side it would be a tune for di real fans a song that a select few would listen to all the time.)
Gyptian – More Money (Hustla Talk Riddim)
A new tune from Gyptian. It would be a tough tune if he wasn’t using the auto tune. The only reason I have an issue with it is not because Jay-z deaded that thing called auto tune but because he can actually sing. This song really states what every one else is saying. The same problem in New York is the same problem in Jamaica. “The people need more money.” I know plenty of people that commit crimes not because they want to but because they have to. If I had more money I can bring you guys the site that you would really want but they just keep raising the prices of things. Why can we not got to the higher end schools without the money if we don’t have the knowledge? Should the governments issue not be to enrich the masses to make more money themselves?
This greed and lust for money creates a divide between classes. Once the well begins runs dry there is less and less that trickles down. Now that the US taught several other places how to do what most of our consumers purchase those places are flourishing while the backbone of our country rusts and falls apart. They would rather give that country money because the companies in them selves make more money. It is great for that country that is growing and making money but when the elite of their country does the same thing to widen the gap in the classes we have to see that we the hard working people of every country and race need to unite.
Instead of promoting graffiti artists to become fashion designers, car designers, animators, advertisers they take the canvas away from the artist making his crime equal to violent crime which hurts both the tax payers as well as the other people involved with their lives such as their children and wife or baby mama. Next they will be after former graffiti artists turned tattoo artist. This situation doesn’t at all per industry. When you speak of cars and people building and racing them if get arrested or their licence taken away that takes away money from his pocket for just having a hobby. If these people were educated in school about credit or even their parents maybe they would have the credit to open up that garage. We as people of the struggle need to support other people of the struggle. Why buy a Nautica shirt that you could have gotten from a Marc Ecko. If Gyptian you love buy him CD, see him in concert, and if you don’t like CD’s buy it in whichever format you like. I still buy vinyls.
